Crisis management training

Duration: Half day

When/where: Scheduled sessions held twice a year. Also available as a bespoke, onsite session.

This course provides an opportunity for senior staff to test the robustness of their crisis management plans. Using real-life scenarios staff will gain an understanding of the issues they may face during a crisis and how to deal with them. Topics explored include: communication, handling the media, log keeping, multi-agency interaction, and maintaining school routine.
