Members Sessions Rules.

We have drawn up a number of guidelines for our member’s sessions in light of the current C-19 situation; the following will enable us to keep both clients and staff safe whilst we all enjoy being on the water. We appreciate your support and co-operation during this time.
• All members MUST pre-book online onto membership sessions; there will be limited spaces to enable enough space for social distancing. Those without a prior booking will be turned away.
• Please arrive 5 minutes before the session starts, this will allow us to start precisely on time and make the most of the session.
• Once off the water please present your kit (boat, board etc.) to the staff member at the sign-posted kit sanitising station.
• There will be no access to the building/changing facilities on site, please arrive changed and ready to go on the water. To facilitate this, any members who normally borrow kit will be able to loan equipment from us for the remainder of the season, for a £10 deposit per item.
• Staff will rig your kit for you (centre kit only), please ensure you also do pre-launch checks – do this by arriving early as mentioned above and you will get more time on the water.
• Helping with kit – We greatly appreciate how willing our members are to help each other with moving/rigging kit, but please bear in mind that now you can only assist others if they are in the same household as yourself (junior parents please help were possible).
• Ensure to follow the signs and markers when navigating around the building, this will aid the general flow of members checking in and social distancing.
• Cleaning stations will be located at reception and on the beach for members to utilise, please ensure that you do so at the start and end of your session.
Junior Members
To help us follow our new COVID secure measures and ensure everyone still has meaningful, focused sessions, we have changed the format of the junior membership sessions (Team 15 & Onboard). There will now be two sessions each Saturday & Tuesday for our junior sailors and windsurfers, details below.
Please note- Parents of junior members:
• Juniors MUST be signed in/out on the day by a parent/guardian, in addition to pre-booking online.
• We ask that parents stay to assist their junior with moving their boat/board into position for the session; this will enable our instructors to maintain the 2m social distance with greater ease and will help us facilitate getting everyone on the water quicker.
